Ann Marie Hritz manages IBS’ internal operations, including client relationships, human resources, accounting, and general business operations. Since joining the company in 2010, she has streamlined business processes and led the firm through a significant office and operations expansion. She also manages selected client accounts.

Hritz’s experience encompasses several organizational coordination and planning positions for major national corporations and non-profits. These include the international event marketing group TBA Global, where her responsibilities included internal communications, planning and operations coordination nationwide. Through her position at TBA, Hritz also became a member of the Susan G. Komen for the Cure® National Race team, for which she served as Director of Administration and Director of Registration. Her experience also includes administrative positions at Investcorp International Inc. and Hoffmann-La Roche Pharmaceuticals.
