Intelligent Building Solutions served Digital Realty Trust as Project Director and Master Planner for the design, engineering and construction of Suite 350 at 2323 Bryan Street data center in Dallas, TX, also known as the Univision Tower. The project was part of the multi-million dollar nationwide turn-key data center development program that encompasses simultaneous work on multiple projects in 14 markets throughout the U.S.

The 4400-square-foot Suite 350 provides 400 kW of UPS capacity and 3,000A 480V three-phase primary utility high voltage service. Other systems include:

- Generator backup: one 2,000 kW back up generator and one dedicated roll-up connection;

- Cooling: seven 30-ton CRAC units, N+1-configured, glycol sourced, with overhead forced air;

- Communication: multi- and single-mode fiber and inner ducts availability to the Meet-Me-Room;

- Fire protection: dry pipe pre-action system.
