IBS examined the technical possibility of the conversion of an existing, one-story warehouse building into a mission critical facility. Upon completion of the study, IBS confirmed a feasibility of the conversion of the property.

IBS reviewed the structure and the 7-acre site and recommended a scope of necessary upgrades. IBS performed the review based on its proprietary five-point rating method that encompasses location, available resources, site logistics, security and property features. The study included utilities, fiber access and the site yield – a function of available power, redundancy, physical structure, and available land to white space.
