The owner of the prominent 41-story, 1.1-million-square-foot Marathon Oil Tower in Houston retained IBS to perform a due diligence valuation of a 6,000-square-foot data center suite for an upcoming lease renewal.

IBS assessed the value of the data center’s infrastructure and provided prevalent rent rates for comparable facilities in the area. The tenant renewed the lease at a renegotiated rent rate, which was based on IBS’s study.
