Wilson Associates engaged IBS to review a feasibility of redeveloping a legacy statement processing center formerly used by a major national financial institution into a modern mission critical facility. The one-story property is located on a 3.5-acre site. |
A consultant retained by the client prior to IBS judged the conversion impossible. However, following the review by its engineering team, IBS found the conversion feasible and outlined specific steps necessary to redevelop the property and reuse a portion of the existing infrastructure and equipment. |
