IBS served as Project Director for the conversion of a 60,000-square-foot section of an existing, 220,000-square-foot office building into a data center. IBS developed the master plan and manages the ongoing, phased redevelopment program.

The two-story, waffle concrete slab structure underwent infrastructure and systems upgrades during the recently completed base building redevelopment phase. These included installation of a new electrical utility, 8MW power utility for a future tenant data center, fire protection system, new communication points of entries, two 2.5MW diesel generators, mechanical system upgrades, a new elevator and interior renovations to public spaces and bathrooms. IBS will also manage upcoming tenant data center fit-outs.
